Electromagnetic Stirrers for Square & Round Billets

The electromagnetic Stirrers strengthen the convective motions of liquid core molten steel with the help of electromagnetic force, as a result to enhance the circulation, heat transmission and uniform distribution of alloying elements of molten steel in process of solidification. It shall improve the new technology of the internal quality of casting billets, playing an important role in improving quality of steel, realizing high-speed continuous casting, increasing steel grades of continuous casting, and
relaxing requirements on continuous casting process.
Applicable section of square billet:120×120mm~520×410mm
Applicable section of round billet:φ100~φ600mm
The system consists of Electromagnetic Stirrer, Low-frequency Power Supply and Control System, and Cooling Water System.
